What we do

We're a Christ-centered residential discipleship program tailored for men dealing with life-controlling issues. We firmly believe that guiding a man towards Jesus empowers him to overcome addiction or any life-controlling challenge he may face.

In alignment with Jesus' directive to make disciples, not just converts, we cherish the gifts of faith and a new identity in Christ, emphasizing responsible stewardship.

Our program unfolds in three key phases: the Induction Phase, 2nd Phase "Training Phase" , and Re-Entry Phase.

During the first four months (Induction Phase), students engage in work at BTB Discounts and Thrift Store or with Bush Boys Lawn Care for three days a week, complemented by three days of classroom learning from our personalized discipleship curriculum. 

Transitioning to the Training Phase (months 4 to 8), the student engages in classes twice a week and dedicates four days to work. This phase brings extended visits and additional privileges for the participant.

In the Re-Entry Phase (months 8 to 12), students have a choice. They can either enter the workforce, earning money and gaining practical experience, or opt to become a Student Leader, dedicating themselves to be trained for full-time recovery ministry.
